Aloha! I'm Dustin Ernie Munda from the Philippines.

I am currently a sophomore at Brigham Young University in Hawaii, majoring in Business Marketing. This program is equipping me with essential communication and analytical skills that are crucial in the business world.

At the Polynesian Cultural Center, I serve as a ticket taker, scanning and verifying guests' tickets. This role enables me to practice and enhance my communication and customer service abilities.
​
Additionally, I worked as a server at Luau Hale Aloha in the Polynesian Cultural Center for a year. This experience further sharpened my customer service and communication skills.

Previously, I dedicated four years as a virtual assistant, supporting US eBay and US Amazon operations. During that time, I mastered skills in customer service, order management, data entry, and web research.
